Additional protection from the elements comes from an extra-large gusseted tail flap and a longer drop.

This blanket boasts a generously cut shoulder pattern intended to fit a variety of horses, and a smooth poly taffeta full lining - all to help protect coat from rubs.

Stainless steel hardware on the surcingles and leg straps and a rubber-coated removable tail cord add extra protection against wear and tear as well.
