Shipping policy

All orders are processed as quickly as possible.  Please contact us immediately and, ideally, before an order is placed, if you need your order expedited.  Additional fees will apply to expedited orders and we will do our best to meet shipping requests.

All shipped orders will receive a tracking number.

Alpha Equestrian uses standard shipping rates for orders shipped within the Continental United States.  Please contact us to place and order with International shipping, or shipping to Hawaii/Alaska/Guam/Puerto Rico/USVI.  We will work with you to determine the best shipping method to suit your needs.

International customers are responsible for paying any applied VAT/Taxes/Duties as Alpha Equestrian does not process these.
